Five Nights at Freddy's is a widely known American horror franchise created by Scott Cawthon. The first game of the series dates back to 2014 after Scott Cawthon received bad reception for his game, Chipper and Sons Lumber Co. Critics complained that the characters looked like animatronics. He then proceedingly created Five Nights at Freddy's in response. Five Nights at Freddy's then became a worldwide success leading to it's sequel, Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Many other Five Nights at Freddy's games followed and are still being created to this day. The latest one being Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach which was released on December 16th, 2021. Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach was developed by Steel Wool Studios. There are currently other Five Nights at Freddy's games being developed right now like Five Nights at Freddy's: Plus, Five Nights at Freddy's: into madness (so said) and an untitled one as well.
